Where does our meat come from?
We source our meat from local suppliers that service the fine dining industry. Including but not limited to premium meat purveyors, local artisanal butcher shops and family run Ontario farms.
How do I order?
Choose your delivery date and time slot online. The order will be delivered during the selected time slot. Email and text notifications will be sent to update you on the delivery status.
Can I come to your storefront to pick-up in person?
We do not have a brick and mortar location and do not currently offer pick-up orders.
How do I receive a refund if I am not satisfied with my order?
We have a simple, no-hassle policy when it comes to customer refunds. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please notify us via email, and you will receive a refund notice within 24 hours. Refund requests from us to your card providers may take up to several business days.
